Manage a team of experienced Customer Support professionals for financial solutions
- Team management of Client Support members on a wide range of financial solutions in areas such as Investment Management.
- Maintain, develop and review key performance metrics.
- Assist and coach the team in order to provide positive client experience and liaise with other teams for product improvement suggestions.
- Delivery of key projects for the improvement of CX.
- Recruitment and screening of new talent.
- Strong understanding of financial services industry and/or financial solutions, data and analytics.
- 3-5 years' experience successful management of customer service team.
- Strong understanding of Customer Service practices and performance improvement strategy.
