An exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Project Manager to join a Global Technology Giant

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end CRM projects, including planning, implementation, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CRM strategies and goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of CRM systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for personalized customer experiences.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management, including communication, training, and change management.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate CRM performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.

Required skills

  • Proven experience as a CRM Project Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and technologies, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Proficient in data analysis and customer segmentation techniques.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to drive collaboration and engagement.
