An exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Project Manager to join a Global Technology Giant
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end CRM projects, including planning, implementation, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CRM strategies and goals aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the development and optimization of CRM systems, processes, and workflows.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for personalized customer experiences.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management, including communication, training, and change management.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuously evaluate CRM performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
Required skills
- Proven experience as a CRM Project Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and technologies, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Proficient in data analysis and customer segmentation techniques.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to drive collaboration and engagement.
