Job Description

Be a part of a leading top tier investment bank as a compliance surveillance analyst.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of trade and communications surveillance for Japan as well as escalating any suspicious transaction/communication to business and compliance teams, supporting to reach a reasonable conclusion.
  • Be responsible for being the point of contact for regulators related to any inspections and regulatory inquires regarding any surveillance related matters.
  • Work closely with overseas and local teams to implement any changes or updates necessary regarding surveillance compliance.

Required skills

  • At least 4 years of experience working in compliance or surveillance or any similar role within financial services. Operations experience is also welcomed if you have fixed income, FX or listed derivates knowledge.
  • Fluent Japanese and business English required.
