Lead the Customer Success experience of a fastly growing international Fintech company in Tokyo !

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support and setup for fraud, chargeback and payment gateway functions.
  • Troubleshooting customer connections to our systems
  • Configure our service / user interface based on clients specifications.
  • Work closely with customers and experts to assess and identify emerging technologies and fraud trends, and adopt new methodologies and functionality as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure quality service and exceed client expectations.
  • Serves as a liaison between external clients and internal departments including account management, operations, and development teams.

Required skills

  • Customer Support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Energic and "can do" attitude.

Preferred skills

  • Troubleshooting experience or Technical support. Experience with Fintech before. Experience working for SaaS Solutions.
