Job Description
Lead the Customer Success experience of a fastly growing international Fintech company in Tokyo !
Roles/Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and setup for fraud, chargeback and payment gateway functions.
- Troubleshooting customer connections to our systems
- Configure our service / user interface based on clients specifications.
- Work closely with customers and experts to assess and identify emerging technologies and fraud trends, and adopt new methodologies and functionality as needed.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure quality service and exceed client expectations.
- Serves as a liaison between external clients and internal departments including account management, operations, and development teams.
Required skills
- Customer Support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Energic and "can do" attitude.
Preferred skills
- Troubleshooting experience or Technical support. Experience with Fintech before. Experience working for SaaS Solutions.
