Job Description

A new opportunity to join an established clearing team at a top investing bank, developing business within the listed and OTC derivative clearing business

Roles/Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships with institutional clients, driving organic growth, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. You will be the face of the company and work closely with our clients to fully understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, supporting them with the development of existing and new products within clearing, future and prime brokerage.
  • Drive organic growth and identify cross-selling opportunities, with the
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements
  • Perform regular client reviews to determine satisfaction levels and address any concerns
  • Collaborate with internal resources to deliver excellent service, working closely with control and risk teams.
  • Understand market regulations and industry trends to better serve clients
  • Develop a good understanding of the IT infrastructure supporting financing products

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or client services within the Financial Services Industry
  • Strong knowledge of equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, or electronic trading
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Preferred skills

  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems
  • Client management experience preferred.
