Job Description

Lead a team of engineers in developing proprietary business systems

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of engineers, Business Analysts, and PMs to develop and roll out new ERP and CRM systems across the business
  • Hire and train people in your team while it grows
  • Understand business user's needs and line up priorities accordingly
  • Manage budgets and overall timelines
  • Engage with senior management and keep them constantly updated on the progress of various system rollouts

Required skills

  • 2+ years leading a team in IT Management
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Hands-on development experience (any language)
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and how it's used in a corporation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Native level of fluent in Japanese, business level English or higher

Preferred skills

  • Vendor Management experience
  • Understanding of SLDC (Software Development Life Cycle), as well as Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies

Personal Attributes

  • Background working in an international environment
  • Strong leadership skills
