We're partnering with a large organisation embarking on a major HRIS transformation and we're looking for a hands-on HR Architect / Delivery Lead to help shape and deliver the future-state HR technology landscape.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, architecture and delivery, and who is excited about leveraging emerging AI and automation technologies to modernise HR operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the discovery, design and delivery of a modern, integrated HRIS stack across core HR, payroll, talent and analytics platforms
- Define the target architecture, integration layers and data flows to ensure seamless operation across HR, Finance and other enterprise systems
- Collaborate closely with HR, Technology, Finance and external vendors to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions
- Evaluate vendor solutions, perform cost-benefit analyses and guide selection decisions
- Champion the adoption of agentic AI, automation and advanced HR tech use cases where appropriate
- Provide hands-on leadership, guidance and oversight to project teams to ensure delivery on-time, on-budget, and to specification
What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience leading enterprise HRIS transformations
- Strong HRIS architecture capability across core HR, payroll, talent and analytics platforms
- Proven experience in integration design, data architecture and system rationalisation
- Familiarity with emerging HR technologies, including agentic AI, automation and workforce analytics
- Demonstrated ability to perform vendor evaluations, cost-benefit analyses and technology selection
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams
