Technology Delivery Manager - Financial Services

We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to engage an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to support the delivery of complex technology initiatives within a high-performing engineering and product environment.

This role sits within a team responsible for delivering critical platforms that support financial calculations, reporting and regulatory processes across the organisation. You will work closely with engineers, product stakeholders and business teams to coordinate delivery and ensure complex technology initiatives are executed effectively.

While experience with calculation engines or regulatory calculation platforms would be highly beneficial, the role will also suit candidates with strong technology delivery experience in financial services, particularly those who have worked on data platforms, regulatory initiatives, financial reporting systems or other complex banking technology builds.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives across engineering and product teams
• Work closely with engineers to coordinate the build and implementation of technology solutions
• Manage delivery planning, execution and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams
• Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans and technology outcomes
• Support the delivery of platforms that underpin financial calculations, reporting and regulatory processes
• Ensure strong governance, risk management and delivery oversight across initiatives
• Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes

Experience required:

• Strong experience delivering technology initiatives within financial services environments
• Proven ability to lead delivery across engineering and cross-functional teams
• Experience working on complex platforms, data systems or regulatory programs
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding the building blocks of technology solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technology teams
• Experience operating in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments

Highly regarded:

• Experience working with financial calculation platforms, pricing engines or regulatory calculation systems
• Exposure to risk, capital, treasury, regulatory reporting or financial data platforms
• Experience working within large banking or financial services organisations
