We are partnering with a Melbourne-based financial services organisation undertaking a significant operational uplift program. This newly established program is focused on process optimisation, remediation and strengthening core business functions.
As part of this initiative, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a newly created team and support delivery across multiple workstreams.
You will work closely with business stakeholders across operations, risk and compliance to define, document and support the implementation of key process and control improvements. This role requires someone comfortable operating with limited supervision, able to take ownership and confident navigating a level of ambiguity within a new program environment.
