As a Business Analyst in this team, you will be partnering with stakeholders across the business to design and implement forward-thinking, automated finance processes. You'll play a central role in transforming key finance functions such as Financial Control, FP&A, Management Reporting and Tax. Your work will directly contribute to streamlining operations, improving compliance and enhancing regulatory outcomes.
You'll bring strong analytical thinking, a sharp eye for process improvements and the ability to communicate effectively across both business and technical teams. If you're passionate about finance transformation and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role offers an exciting challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for finance transformation initiatives
- Map current and future state financial processes, ensuring seamless transitions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation in areas such as Financial Control and FP&A
- Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver robust, data-driven solutions
- Ensure all work aligns with agile delivery practices, including sprint planning and backlog management
- Support Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system implementations (e.g., TM1, Anaplan, Oracle)
- Maintain strong documentation, governance and control frameworks across change initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services
- Proven track record in Finance Transformation programs or projects
- Experience with EPM tools such as TM1, Anaplan, Oracle, or similar
- Strong understanding of General Ledger systems and financial reporting processes
- Skilled in business process mapping, gap analysis and requirements gathering
- Confident working in Agile delivery teams and familiar with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
- A continuous improvement mindset, with exceptional attention to detail
