An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join a high-performing team delivering a complext enterprise-wide ERP transformation. This role will focus specifically on the Finance stream, requiring a strong background in finance processes and organisational change.
With strategy and impact assessments already in place, you'll lead the development and execution of detailed change plans. These plans will focus on training, communications, and capability uplift to support successful adoption of new finance systems and processes.
You'll be part of a collaborative change team and work closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and transformation leads, to deliver measurable and meaningful change outcomes.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of change management for the Finance stream within a major ERP program.
Develop and implement targeted change interventions, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with internal change leads, senior managers, and analysts to ensure readiness and alignment.
Work closely with transformation leads and executive stakeholders to embed change and drive adoption.
Partner with external implementation consultants to align delivery and support organisational uplift.
Extensive experience as a Senior Change Manager delivering change on large-scale ERP or business transformation programs.
Deep understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate complex impacts into clear change initiatives.
Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communications, and training delivery.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work flexibly across a dynamic program environment.
Experience working with senior leaders and influencing at the executive level.
