Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training content for technology rollouts and digital transformations

Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse user groups across business functions

Translate technical concepts into user-friendly learning materials, including guides, eLearning, and quick reference resources

Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure training meets business needs

Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve learning experiences based on feedback and analytics
About You:

Proven experience in a technology training or instructional design role

Strong facilitation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar

Experience delivering training for systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or collaboration platforms

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills

Experience working in large, fast-paced, and matrixed environments
