An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR change analyst to join a leading Government Agency to work on an Organisational Design Project.
This leading Government Department is seeking a HR Change Analyst for a 6 month contract based in Sydney. In this role you will be responsible for providing support to business partnering teams to enable successful delivery of the organisational design work stream of the Corporate Functions Review . The role provides strategic and operational advice to senior management teams to ensure alignment with governance processes and principles.
Engage with key stakeholders in the end to end change lifecycle to deliver desired outcomes of the Corporate Functions Review program.
Liaise with business partnering teams to plan and facilitate strategic conversations, current/ proposed future state analysis, visioning and design workshop sessions, identify risks and mitigation actions and complete various types of data analysis.
Support the implementation of the Placement Strategy for Senior Service and Award Employees to ensure the regulatory compliance approach for CFR.
Implement the development and delivery of strategic advice and support across reform organization design to divisional and branch senior management.
Support the integration of business planning and strategy throughout the implementation phases of Corporate Functions Review, in consultation with the Project Managers, People Partners and business unit leads.
2-3 years of experience coordinating the change management activities, across multiple divisional teams within a diverse and complex, technical and business environment.
Demonstrated data management and analytics experience in Microsoft Excel and Visio applications in managing complex organisation design.
Experience in Human Resource systems and applications such as SAP and Objective.
Sound understanding of the Government employee awards,HR policies and procedures.
