Our client is seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the end-to-end design, integration, and governance of their HR analytics data ecosystem. You'll play a pivotal role in building scalable data platforms and models that support strategic workforce planning, performance analysis, and diversity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, integration, and governance of HR data across systems including Workday and other platforms.
Design and maintain enterprise HR data models and pipelines in Snowflake.
Enable data quality, lineage, metadata, and security across the HR analytics domain.
Key Skills & Experience
7+ years' experience in data architecture, modelling, and integration.
Proven delivery of HR data solutions, ideally with Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar HRMS systems.
Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake (mandatory), including data sharing, security, and performance tuning.
Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, cloud platforms, and tools like dbt, SQL, and Python.
