Our client is seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the end-to-end design, integration, and governance of their HR analytics data ecosystem. You'll play a pivotal role in building scalable data platforms and models that support strategic workforce planning, performance analysis, and diversity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, integration, and governance of HR data across systems including Workday and other platforms.

• Design and maintain enterprise HR data models and pipelines in Snowflake.

• Enable data quality, lineage, metadata, and security across the HR analytics domain.

• Communicate solution architecture clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Key Skills & Experience

• 7+ years' experience in data architecture, modelling, and integration.

• Proven delivery of HR data solutions, ideally with Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar HRMS systems.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake (mandatory), including data sharing, security, and performance tuning.

• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, cloud platforms, and tools like dbt, SQL, and Python.

• Experience designing HR data models (e.g., workforce, payroll, position, benefits).
