An exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst to work across a range of IT projects with a leading Government Agency.
This leading Government Department is seeking a Change Analyst for a 6 month contract, based in Macquarie Park. In this role you will be responsible for for supporting the change manager to ensure change is delivered within a structured change management approach to deliver change outcomes. This change analyst will be working across a number of projects within the Corporate IT division.
Key accountabilities:
Support the Program Manager to manage and coordinate change data, documents and reports in accordance with project and policy requirements.
Implement the change management plans, processes and tools to enable change adoption and sustainability on multiple projects and initiatives.
Support the design and development, delivery and management of change, training and communication artefacts within projects.
Conduct impact analyses, identify stakeholders and approaches to manage stakeholders.
Assess change readiness and form part of the working groups to support BAU teams in readiness for transition.
Provide input, develop and document requirements to support design and delivery of training.
Support change risk activities.
Integrate change management activities into project plans.
Conduct and facilitate training and workshops to gather information that provides input into change management plans
Support the building of change capability and assessment within the Program and Business Areas
Essential requirements:
3 + years of experience in Organisational Change Management experience on large scale projects
Experience in facilitating change management approaches and tactics within IT business units.
Cyber security experience is a bonus.
Strong communication, listening and influencing skills.
Experience working within in Government sector, and ability to build a strong working relationships with clients.
Qualifications in Change (preferred).
