    We are supporting a large, enterprise-wide transformation and are seeking an experienced People Systems Business Analyst to join a major program of work focused on HRIS and Employee Service platforms.

    This is a hands-on contract role that combines end-to-end discovery with delivery execution. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering people system solutions that support improved employee experience, operational efficiency and scalable operating models.

    Working closely with HR, Technology and Delivery teams, you will ensure business requirements are clearly understood, translated into system solutions and successfully delivered within a complex enterprise environment.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Lead end-to-end discovery and requirements elicitation across people and employee service processes
    • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and system designs
    • Support system configuration, business validation, functional testing and UAT
    • Work across Workday and/or ServiceNow platforms, supporting enhancements, integrations and process improvements
    • Act as a key liaison between HR stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and delivery partners
    • Support change impacts and ensure solutions align with broader operating model and transformation objectives
    • Contribute to delivery governance, documentation and stakeholder communications

    About you:

    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within HRIS and/or Employee Service Management environments
    • Hands-on experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow is essential
    • Demonstrated experience delivering within large, complex, enterprise transformation programs
    • Strong requirements definition, documentation and problem-solving skills
    • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders across HR, Technology and Delivery
    • Comfortable operating in regulated, multi-stakeholder environments
