A global investment bank is seeking a Yen Rates Sales professional at the Associate to VP level to drive coverage of Japanese and international financial institutions. This is a key front-office role focused on JGB and swap products within a dynamic and high-performing global markets team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the sales of Yen Rates products, with a focus on JGB and swaps

Build and manage client relationships across Japanese and global financial institutions

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of Yen Rates sales experience in an investment bank based in Japan
- Strong track record of covering financial institutions and delivering solutions in a competitive environment
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native-level fluency (written and spoken)
- English: Intermediate to business-level proficiency
