Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end mid-career hiring from sourcing to onboarding
Tailor recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of 8 departments
Manage internal approval workflows and headcount requests
Ensure smooth hiring operations through cross-functional communication
Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in mid-career recruitment
Proven success in sourcing, job postings, interviews, and offers
Familiarity with employment practices and labor regulations in Japan
Team management or HR generalist experience preferred
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and other business tools
Solid IT literacy
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and logical communication skills
Ability to engage with stakeholders across various functions
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Language Requirements
Japanese: Native
English: Intermediate to Business level
