Join one of Japan's largest global internet service companies as a Strategy Operations Administrator (Project Management) within its core Search division. This role sits at the heart of a 100+ member, multi-national organization spanning 5 global locations and over 20 nationalities. You will support smooth organizational operations by building scalable processes, coordinating across leadership teams, and driving operational excellence within a highly strategic function.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute back-office operations and overall operational management for the Search division
- Manage project progress in line with SLAs and timelines, ensuring smooth execution
- Define, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Create accurate and timely reports using dashboards and operational metrics
- Coordinate operations across Product, Engineering, Finance, and other departments
- Identify risks and dependencies early and drive follow-ups to resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience working in cross-functional environments requiring SLA-based operations
- Hands-on experience defining, documenting, and operating business processes
- Practical experience using tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Notion
- Professional experience communicating in both Japanese and English in business settings
Soft Skills:
- Strong ability to structure complex information and deliver clear outputs
- High level of collaboration in multi-national and cross-cultural teams
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions independently
Language Requirements:
