Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate transaction documentation including facility agreements and security structures.
- Build and maintain relationships with airlines, lessors, investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global product teams to deliver integrated financing solutions.
- Monitor market trends and asset performance to support strategic business development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in transportation finance, including aircraft finance, leasing, shipping finance, or structured asset finance.
- Proven track record in originating and executing financing or investment transactions.
- Strong experience in financial modelling, credit analysis, and investment evaluation.
- Experience in transaction structuring and negotiation of financing documentation.
- Exposure to due diligence processes and coordination with credit, risk, and legal teams.
- Familiarity with asset-backed financing structures and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience working in cross-border environments with international stakeholders.
