Key Responsibilities

Partner with country and APAC leaders to shape and implement business strategies.

Monitor performance metrics and deliver insights on KPIs, revenue, and cost.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and workforce/resource planning cycles.

Coordinate cross-functional projects involving operations, compliance, and tech.

Prepare executive-level reports and strategic presentations.

Support governance and ensure regulatory compliance across business functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

10+ years in investment banking, strategy, or business management in a global financial institution.

Proven track record leading strategic projects and managing business operations.

Strong command of financial planning, reporting, and analytics.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; BI tool experience is a plus.
