As a SAP Consultant / Senior SAP Consultant, you will support large-scale, long-term SAP implementations and business transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP implementation and improvement projects, covering requirements definition, design, configuration, testing, and data migration support.
- Conduct business process analysis and Fit & Gap workshops with client stakeholders.
- Design and coordinate cross-module SAP integration across business and system landscapes.
- Drive project delivery in collaboration with global and offshore teams.
- Provide post-go-live support, user training, and continuous improvement proposals.
- Manage project progress and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support ongoing DX and business transformation initiatives using SAP solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Hands-on experience as a SAP Consultant (module-agnostic).
- Knowledge and practical experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience coordinating between business and IT teams on SAP projects.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Logical thinking with a practical problem-solving mindset.
- Team-oriented approach with ownership and initiative.
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic project environments.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level or equivalent (JLPT N2/N1 required)
- English: Intermediate to business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM/SD, PP/QM, WM/EWM, PM, HR, or SuccessFactors.
- Full lifecycle experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- SAP-related certifications.
