Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 6+ years in consulting or IT project management
- 2+ years leading RPA or intelligent automation projects
- Experience managing stakeholders across business and technology functions
- Successful delivery of automation in enterprise environments

- Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership in delivery
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with clear prioritization
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
- Experience working within automation CoEs or governance frameworks
- Consulting background with cross-industry automation exposure
