Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end real estate acquisition activities, including sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence.
- Analyze investment opportunities across office, residential, and logistics assets.
- Prepare financial models, investment memoranda, and acquisition materials.
- Support transaction execution and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with overseas teams and global investment partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions or related investment roles.
- Hands-on exposure to underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
