Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a QA structure within an agile development team

Improve QA processes through PDCA-based development cycles

Work closely with designers and engineers in a Scrum team to deliver high-quality in-house development and maximize user experience

Execute full testing processes including test planning, test case creation, perspective design, and execution

Formulate and implement comprehensive test plans

Coordinate with project stakeholders to analyze and recommend optimal test strategies

Experience:
