Experience:
・3+ years in program or project management
・3+ years driving process improvements and communicating results to senior leadership
・Proven success in stakeholder management across various levels
Education:
・Bachelor's degree
Technical Skills:
・Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, array formulas, etc.)
Soft Skills:
・Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
Japanese: Native-level proficiency
English: Fluent (Business level)
・Experience managing end-to-end delivery operations
