Operations Settlement Specialist

Roles/Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to Trade Operations covering both Cash and Derivatives products.
• Good exposure to multiple product lines and chance to work with oversea colleagues.
• Need 2~5 years of experience of Operations at financial services institutions.
• Understand trade lifecycle management from booking to settlement, and client services.
• Need to communicate with Japanese clients regarding corporate actions.

Required skills

• Bilingual in Japanese and English.
• Securities product knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income or Derivatives.

Preferred skills

• At least 2 years of experience working in Operations, Client Services, Trade Support function at financial services institutions.

• Clear communication skills.
• Passion to work in the financial services industry.
