As a Legal Manager (Non-Qualified), you'll lead the foundational build-out of the company's legal function, working directly with leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Provide legal advice to internal teams, particularly sales and operations.
- Establish internal legal processes and manage documentation systems.
- Collaborate with executives and business units to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Mentor and lead a junior legal specialist (future hire).
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal roles handling commercial contracts.
- Native-level Japanese fluency.
