Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leadership training aligned with business strategy
- Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver impactful development programs
- Design and deliver training sessions for 250+ tax professionals and senior leaders
- Act as an instructor for internal leadership workshops and sessions
- Coordinate training logistics with vendors and internal teams
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across diverse cultures
- Manage multiple training projects to ensure timely and effective delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering leadership and business training
- Previous collaboration with HR and line managers across organizational levels
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Effective multitasking and project coordination abilities
Soft Skills:
- High cross-cultural awareness
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong relationship-building mindset and team collaboration
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Fluent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
