Develop and maintain back-office tools and batch systems for a FinTech platform using Java/Spring Boot and React.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement frontend features using React or Thymeleaf.
• Design detailed solutions based on assigned tasks.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) for implemented features.
• Collaborate on batch system development and operations for monthly payment processing.
• Ensure effective communication in Japanese within the team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with React and MySQL.
• Native-level Japanese communication skills.

Preferred skills

• English reading and writing ability.
