In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees while driving organizational effectiveness through people initiatives and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align people strategies with overall business goals.
- Serve as a trusted contact for employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead projects such as restructuring, change initiatives, engagement programs, and process improvements.
- Use data and insights to identify workforce trends and recommend improvements.
- Guide and support HR colleagues in their professional growth.
- Ensure HR practices comply with evolving regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years in HR with emphasis on business partnering and project management.
- Demonstrated success in restructuring, talent programs, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
- Familiarity with HR frameworks, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent.
- English: Business-level proficiency.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Japanese strongly preferred with knowledge of Japan labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HR systems and technology tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- Background in global, multicultural environments.
