Roles/Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment efforts.
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
- HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage payroll processes and liaise with external vendors as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR best practices.
