Key Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and HR strategy
Build, advise, and refine HR policy frameworks and infrastructure
Lead core HR programs including talent management, performance reviews, and compensation planning
Manage headcount planning, onboarding processes, and orientation programs
Diagnose talent development needs and implement engagement initiatives
Provide end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle
Collaborate closely with business and HR stakeholders on projects and ad hoc initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years of HR experience in global high-tech or manufacturing companies
Strong understanding of employment law in Japan
Proven ability to work both independently and in unionized environments
Soft Skills:
Analytical thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Strong time management and project leadership capabilities
Language Requirements
Japanese: Native level
English: Fluent level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business, with overseas study experience
Familiarity with HRIS systems
Experience supporting both commercial and technical business units
