Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of a unified enterprise data platform, integrating data sources across business units.
- Establish scalable and secure data architecture, including data warehouses, data lakes, cloud infrastructure, and data integration pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Over 10 years of professional experience, with substantial expertise in enterprise data strategy, data management, analytics, or digital transformation.
- Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide data strategies, data transformation initiatives, or data management programs.
- Strong technical knowledge of enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, cloud infrastructure, and modern data architecture.
- Practical experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, and scalable data infrastructure.
- Hands-on expertise in data governance, data quality management, information security, and privacy compliance.
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI usage, and enterprise AI adoption frameworks.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary data engineering, data management, analytics, or platform teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical departments.
- Experience translating business requirements into strategic data and technology initiatives.
