A leading global investment bank is seeking a Head of FIG RM to manage relationship coverage for financial institution clients across Japan. This senior leadership role focuses on deepening client relationships, driving revenue opportunities, and expanding business across FICC products. As a Director-level position, you will oversee strategic engagement with banks, insurers, asset managers, and other financial institutions while collaborating closely with global markets teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage relationship coverage for Financial Institutions Group (FIG) clients in Japan.

Develop and execute strategic client plans to drive revenue growth across FICC products and solutions.

Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at banks, insurance companies, and asset managers.

Partner with global sales, trading, and product teams to deliver comprehensive financial markets solutions.

Identify cross-selling opportunities and ensure high-quality client service delivery.
