This role offers the opportunity to work closely with investment banks and global clients, ensuring seamless trade lifecycle management and operational excellence. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, helping resolve issues and improve service delivery in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support post-trade lifecycle operations for investment banking clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and operational escalations
- Collaborate with clients to identify issues and deliver effective solutions
- Work with internal teams including product, technology, and analytics to implement solutions
- Ensure smooth delivery across operations functions and maintain strong client relationships
- Participate in system implementation and infrastructure improvement projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in post-trade processes and investment banking trade lifecycle
- Knowledge of financial products such as Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Equities
- Familiarity with transaction systems and trade support platforms
Soft Skills:
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to solve operational issues in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and risk awareness
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
Language Requirements:
- English: Fluent
- Japanese: Native level
