As a Wireless Infrastructure Project Manager, you will manage site acquisition, vendor coordination, regulatory permits, and end-to-end deployments in a professional, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure sites for wireless network expansion across new locations.
- Acquire and lease land for wireless build-outs and infrastructure deployment.
- Manage permits and coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
- Oversee vendors and contractors to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
- Support wireless design, feasibility studies, and RF path analysis.
- Track project milestones, budgets, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Assist with operational processes including inventory and change management.
- Monitor network health and contribute to incident resolution and performance reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience acquiring and leasing land from private owners.
- Strong understanding of wireless systems, RF fundamentals, and antenna design.
- Hands-on experience with site acquisition, leasing, and stakeholder negotiation.
- Knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory coordination.
- Vendor management and multi-stakeholder project coordination experience.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance metrics.
- Troubleshooting experience in RF or wireless network environments.
Soft Skills:
- Highly organized with strong project execution discipline.
- Ability to manage complex infrastructure timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure in financial services or trading environments.
