This contract role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in high-load system testing, automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration. Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect automated testing frameworks, selecting optimal technology stacks for enterprise-scale deployments.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery and system reliability.
- Mentor development and QA teams in implementing unit, integration, and automated end-to-end testing practices.
- Conduct project risk analysis and develop comprehensive test plans aligned with strict quality and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with Product and Development stakeholders to continuously improve software development lifecycle processes from a quality perspective.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of QA experience in high-load system development.
- Hands-on expertise in end-to-end testing, regression testing, performance testing, and automated testing.
- Strong system development background with practical knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Proven experience working in diverse, multicultural technical teams for at least one year.
Soft Skills:
- Strong ability to communicate complex quality risks and technical solutions clearly to engineers and stakeholders.
- Proactive leadership mindset focused on team growth and continuous process improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify SDLC bottlenecks and implement automated solutions.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Basic level acceptable.
- English: Fluent level required for collaboration in an international engineering environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Karate, or Cucumber.
- Strong DevOps integration skills, including CI/CD pipeline development and API testing tools such as Insomnia.
- Experience with BDD/TDD methodologies and leading QA initiatives within Agile or Scrum environments.
