Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale global finance transformation programmes across finance, operations, and technology functions.
- Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for financial ledger modernization, AI-enabled automation, treasury management, and regulatory reporting.
- Manage cross-functional global teams, ensuring successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align transformation strategies with long-term business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership, communicating programme progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Drive organizational change by promoting the adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models across global business units.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with global project governance standards.
- Foster collaboration between finance, technology, operations, and business teams to achieve successful transformation outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience leading finance transformation, financial services transformation, or strategic change programmes within a leading consulting firm or global financial institution.
- Strong expertise in financial ledger systems, treasury operations, financial reporting, and financial transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, including Basel, FRTB, and Japanese FSA regulations.
- Proven success managing large-scale global transformation programmes involving multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience leading and developing teams of 15 or more professionals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
