Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for BI dashboards and reporting
- Provide optimized KPI logic and reporting formats for effective data visualization
- Manage ETL processes and data model creation, ensuring KPI/data accuracy
- Monitor and maintain report performance for minimal user delays or issues
- Support the data team with ad hoc projects and analyses
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in Data BI or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms
- Proficiency in DAX, SQL, or equivalent query logic
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with business units
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Basic level
- English: Business/Intermediate level

- Experience in retail or consumer goods data analytics
- Familiarity with data governance and data visualization best practices
