You will manage custody account activities for institutional clients, working directly with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service while maintaining strong operational controls and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end operations of custody accounts and associated documentation for institutional clients.
- Work directly with clients on account-related matters, building strong relationships and maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify risks, develop solutions, and ensure clear ownership and communication.
- Maintain accurate client data, account documentation, operational controls, and procedures across account management activities.
- Support regulatory, product, and business changes by managing timelines, dependencies, and implementation activities.
- Apply strong operational discipline and risk management practices across custody and securities services activities.
- Communicate effectively across relevant stakeholders to support efficient issue resolution and consistent client service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Over 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in securities services, custody, asset management operations, or a related financial services environment.
- Experience managing operational processes, client documentation, controls, or account-related activities.
- Bachelor's degree.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality service.
