Key Responsibilities
- Support the Acquisition Team in sourcing new real estate investment opportunities across multiple asset classes.
- Conduct underwriting and due diligence (DD) to assess potential investments.
- Communicate and coordinate with international teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare investment materials and assist in internal approval processes.
- Contribute to team discussions and provide insights into market trends and investment performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in property acquisition, underwriting, or due diligence within real estate investment or asset management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent (native-level communication for local market interaction).
- English: Intermediate to Business level (comfortable communicating with overseas teams).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in real estate acquisition or investment strategy.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and real estate valuation.
- Fluency in Japanese and English (not mandatory).
