Job Description

Grow the client base by supporting new clients with their onboarding to the solution, and understanding and documenting their needs for additional product features.


  • Support the onboarding of new clients from a technical perspective.
  • Lead product improvements by understanding client needs.
  • Drive product adoption by keeping clients engaged and trained on the solution.
  • Create or adjust technical specs documents for the application.

Required skills

  • Experience with system design (3+ years), especially web-based or mobile application
  • Experience in technical support or similar role
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese, including client-facing
  • Business level English

Preferred skills

  • Experience with payments solution, POS systems, credit systems, or similar
  • Project Management experience

Personal Attributes

  • Easily adjusts to new situations, as the company is in start-up phase
  • Enjoys communicating with people from all walks of life, and can pitch to a CEO as well as an engineer
