Global financial data solutions provider searching for Sales Team Lead
Roles/Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and growth within your book of business
- Management and training of the sales team
- Monitor performance metrics and coach members to improve and go beyond their results
- Work with Talent Acquisition for recruitment of additional salespeople (Account Managers, Business Development Managers)
- Successfully pipeline new business as well as growing existing accounts, planning ahead to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
Required skills
- Minimum 5-6 years good track record in sales
- Experience managing team members, preferably salespeople
- Experience in financial services / fintech / data vendor industry preferred
