Project Manager VP

Job Description

A new opportunity to work as a project manager on the business side at a top investment bank, working on new regulatory and technological initiatives.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Drive change initiatives impacting the business, working closely with global project teams, identifying local requirements and tailoring projects to meet the expectations of the business, clients and regulators in Japan.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders from the business and infrastructure, including business managers, business heads, operations, compliance, legal and risk management.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completing, managing project risks and ensuring the successful completing within given timelines.
  • Maintain project documentation.
  • Represent the bank at industry and regulatory forums.
  • Work in a business analysis capacity, identifying gaps and working through project scenarios with business leaders.

Required skills

  • Strong business project management experience within financial services.
  • Good knowledge of project management techniques like PRINCE2
  • Good Global Market product knowledge.
