Roles/Responsibilities

  • Calendar management/co-ordination with Assistant
  • Task/Ticket co-ordination and management
  • Internal sync-up calls co-ordination
  • Process Support

Required skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in task and ticket coordination.

Preferred skills

  • Previous experience in process coordination or related roles.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic knowledge of process documentation, including SOPs and process maps.

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive and self-driven with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Team-oriented attitude to foster collaboration and cooperation in the team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in ambiguity and handle unexpected situations.
