M&A Associate Investment Banker

Job Description

Prestigious US independent investment firm is seeking for M&A investment bankers to execute mega-to-large cap cross border deals

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Analysis and creation of various financial models and valuation
  • Create and prepare client presentation and work on pitchbook materials
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external parties accordingly, actively interact with clients
  • Assist in deal sourcing and origination
  • Manage and work closely with senior bankers managing the deal process and execution of M&A deals
  • Provide guidance and support to analysts
  • Informed of market updates and research developments
  • Interact with overseas colleagues

Required skills

  • Minimum of 3+ years work experience in M&A, IB coverage or leveraged finance
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation creation and analysis
  • MBA would be a major plus
  • Strong track record in academic achievement
  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in finance, business, mathematics would be a plus but not required
  • Strong level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Team-player and goal-oriented
  • Interest in M&A
