Job Description

Looking for an excellent IT Technical Support Specialist to be a part of one of the largest financial technology companies globally in the industry.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage remote desktop support operations
  • Use the drive system for customer support.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of company products and offerings.
  • Monitor escalation processes.
  • Participate in special projects and training as required.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in software or hardware support services or front line customer support.
  • Experience in the dental industry is ideal.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, record keeping, routine database operations etc.

Preferred skills

  • Has the rights to work in Japan
  • Bilingual - Japanese and English

Personal Attributes

  • Good communication skills
  • Being able to work in team-working environment
