IT Production Support

Job Description

Looking for an excellent IT Production Support to drive the long-term projects with one of the largest internet service companies globally in the industry.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead a team of high performance application engineers
• Solve technical problems
• Provide technical support for product design, integration and configuration
• Support the sales team with product demonstrations
• Collaborate with the service team to communicate quality issues.
• Provide training to end users, channel partners and employees.
• Preparation of technical documents

Required skills

• 5+ years of experience in the relevant field
• Knowledge of audio related software applications
• Knowledge of networking and basic troubleshooting

Preferred skills

• Has the rights to work in Japan
• Bilingual - Japanese and English

Personal Attributes

• Good with teamworking environment
• Being able to work independently
