Job Description

Lead the growth and development of the Inside Sales team for a globally leading SaaS company.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of inside sales representative
  • Develop strategic initiatives and strategies for developing inbound and outbound sales
  • Work with other sales team leaders to align and maximize on pipeline
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify new leads
  • Lead the team in learning new skills and tools.

Required skills

  • 3 - 5 years of experience working in a Inside sales function in SaaS firm
  • 2 - 3 years leading a team of insides sales in a SaaS organization
  • Successful experience developing outbound generation activities.

Preferred skills

  • Background working in a startup, having to build or rebuild teams
  • Experience working in international environments
